Shipping

Lot Reservations
We do provide the ability to reserve serum lots once a sample has been shipped. If you need to reserve a lot please let your Summa representative know. Upon completion of your lot testing, please notify your Summa representative of your selection so that we may release lots as soon as possible.

At Summa, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Our customer service departments can assist you with any issues that arise with our products. Please inspect all packaging immediately and let us know if any discrepancies exist. Please retain the original shipping carton, packing material, and shipping documents.
